This is a part time, work from home, hourly, Senior Software Engineer position located in Orlando paying $35-$45
depending on experience. US Citizens or Green Card holders only. Local candidates only. .
Informulate LLC (www.Informulate.net) is a technology consulting company that provides end-to-end custom application delivery. Their clients are all over the US, across various verticals, and engaged in a variety of technology solutions.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned LAMP developer with 6+ years experience developing custom applications using Symfony.
Responsibilities:
* Architect, design, code and test LAMP web applications
* Test and enhance existing product features
* Develop new products and features from the ground up
* Write clean and well tested code
* Work well in an distributed team environment, and remotely
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (LAMP)
* Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML
* Have built applications using a MVC framework such as Symfony
* Knowledge of Subversion
* Passion for and experience in developing great web products end-to-end
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* US citizens and Green card holders only
Preferred:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science
* Experience with large, scalable PHP / MySQL websites
* Florida-based candidates preferred
